Seriya Health — Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Seriya Health App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2 — Not Medical Advice
The content and features provided through Seriya Health — including AI Care Insights, medication reminders, and health check-ins — are for informational and supportive purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not replace the guidance of your physician or licensed healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3 — Subscription Plans
Seriya Health offers Basic (free), Standard, and Premium plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your device App Store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies.
4 — Donations
Donations made through the App are voluntary and non-refundable. They are used to support access to post-discharge care tools for patients who cannot afford a paid plan.
5 — User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate profile information, use the App only for personal post-discharge care, not share your account, not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the App, and keep your device and credentials secure.
6 — Faith & Wellness Features
Daily devotionals, guided prayer, and chaplain contact are optional wellness resources available to all users on every plan. Use of these features is entirely voluntary.
7 — Caregiver Notifications
By enabling caregiver notifications, you confirm that the person you are contacting has consented to receive SMS messages from Seriya Health. Message frequency varies and depends on missed medication doses; typically no more than a few messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also remove a contact in the app at any time, which stops all messages to that number. 8 — Intellectual Property
All content, design, and features within the App are the property of Seriya Health. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
9 — Limitation of Liability
Seriya Health and its developers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed medications or reliance on App content.
10 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
