How to Delete Your Seriya Health Account
To request deletion of your Seriya Health account and associated data, email us at support@seriyahealth.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm once complete.
What gets deleted:
Your profile and account information
Daily check-in history and symptom logs
Medication and appointment records
Any personal notes you’ve entered in the app
What we may retain:
De-identified data for research or compliance purposes, retained for the period required by applicable regulations
