How to Delete Your Seriya Health Account

To request deletion of your Seriya Health account and associated data, email us at support@seriyahealth.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Your account and profile will be deactivated within 5 business days. Underlying data is fully purged from our active systems within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 60 days. We’ll confirm once the process is complete.

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile and account information

  • Daily check-in history and symptom logs

  • Medication and appointment records

  • Any personal notes you’ve entered in the app

What we may retain:

  • De-identified data for research or compliance purposes, retained for the period required by applicable regulations

  • Health records that HIPAA or other applicable law requires us to retain (e.g., for up to 6 years) even after account deletion.

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained separately for product analytics, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
